Shipping, Returns, & Conditions
SHIPPING TIME:
All items expected to ship same week. No longer then 2 weeks if item is out of stock.
Our transit times are based on USPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping order email & order # has been created, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges as well due to COVID-19. Unless wrong size was accidentally sent or has been manufacturing issue
RELEASES/PREORDERS
Please allow 3-6 weeks for production & arrival of all items, unless otherwise specified.Production starts after the store closes (usually 1 week). Once shipped you will receive a shipping notice. Please allow 3-5 days for you order to arrive once it is in transit.
PREMADE/IN HOUSE PRINTS
On hand (ready to ship) items ship within 1-3 days after order is confirmed.Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48-96 business hours.Items are shipped via USPS for domestic orders.
ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
LOST PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
